Your check stub provides detailed information about your earnings and deductions. Reviewing it monthly helps prevent errors and ensures your compensation is accurate. To view, log into Skyward Employee Access.

- Base Pay
- Stipends
- Insurance Premiums
- Federal Income Tax Withholding.
Tax Information
To update your federal tax withholding, submit a new Form W-4 via TalentEd. New forms will replace previous tax elections. Forms submitted by the 10 of the month will be effective for that month’s payroll.
End of Year Updates
If you are resigning/retiring at the end of this school year: Notify Human Resources by submitting your resignation form via TalentEd Submit your EOY Exit Only-TRS ActiveCare Coverage Election form by June 5 via TalentEd.
Upcoming Changes
Boerne ISD will transition from TimeClock Plus to Skyward Time Tracking for the 2026- 2027 fiscal year. Additional information regarding training and implementation will be shared soon.
