Transcripts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your transcript order. Please read and understand all the information on this page for accurate processing.  Transcripts will not be emailed to ensure personally identifiable information is protected. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ORDERS. REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

Currently Enrolled Students & Prior Year Graduates

You may request your transcript by contacting the registrar’s office at Boerne High School or Champion High School. (2025-2026 students are still considered a "current" student through May 1, 2027, even if not attending classes.)

Weighted GPA/Unweighted GPA

We are unable to provide an unweighted Grade Point Average (GPA). Our district does not calculate or maintain records of unweighted GPAs. You might consider using an online GPA conversion calculator to determine an unweighted GPA, should it be required.

Verification of Education

Corporations & Agencies: Please send a written education verification request along with the former student’s release form by fax to (830) 331-9856, or by email transcripts@boerneisd.net.

Order Transcript & Pay Online

Former Students

You may also request a transcript by completing the transcript request form, paying the $5.00 fee, and sending it via:

  • MAIL the completed form and payment to:
    Boerne ISD Transcripts
    235 Johns Rd.
    Boerne, TX 78006, or
  • IN PERSON by bringing the completed form, payment and photo ID to the District Office, 235 Johns Rd, Boerne.

Government/State issued photo ID is required when picking up transcripts. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS ORDERS. REQUESTS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

The Following May NOT Be Requested:

*Any transcript not picked up within 15 business days of notification will be mailed to the address listed on the transcript request form.
